Welcome to Branded by Blair. By accessing this website, purchasing services, or engaging with any offerings provided by Branded by Blair, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Branded by Blair provides creative and educational services including, but not limited to:

  • Graphic design services

  • Branding and rebranding packages

  • Retainer services

  • Coaching calls and consultations

  • Mentorship programs

  • Webinars, digital trainings, and workshops

  • Digital products (including templates, guides, and downloadable resources)

All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.

2. Payments & Billing

  • Full payment is required upfront before any work begins.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, Klarna, and Afterpay.

  • Payments may be completed through website checkout or via invoice (including HoneyBook), depending on the service and process.

Failure to complete payment in full will result in services not being rendered.

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

  • No refunds are provided once work has started.

  • No refunds are provided for digital products, mentorship programs, webinars, or downloadable content.

  • Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Branded by Blair if the service is canceled by Branded by Blair. Any exception is not guaranteed and is evaluated case-by-case.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from Branded by Blair, you agree to not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes once work has begun.

  • Filing a chargeback or dispute after work has started constitutes a breach of these Terms.

  • In the event of a chargeback, Branded by Blair reserves the right to:

    • Terminate services immediately

    • Revoke access to any deliverables, files, or resources

    • Submit evidence to the payment processor to contest the dispute

5. Turnaround Time & Revisions

  • Standard turnaround time is 2–10 business days, depending on the service.

  • Each project includes up to 3 revisions, unless otherwise stated.

  • Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

  • Rush services are available for an additional fee and must be agreed upon prior to project start.

Turnaround timelines may be extended if the client delays providing required materials or feedback.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information

  • Submitting content, assets, and feedback on time

  • Reviewing deliverables promptly

  • Communicating clearly throughout the project

Branded by Blair is not responsible for delays caused by lack of communication, missing information, or inaccurate client-provided content.

7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • Branded by Blair retains full ownership and copyright of all designs and materials unless a separate written copyright transfer agreement is signed.

  • Clients are granted limited usage rights only, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Branded by Blair reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio, marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.

8. Mentorships, Coaching & Digital Education

  • Results are not guaranteed.

  • All mentorships, coaching calls, and educational content are for informational purposes only.

  • Sharing, reselling, redistributing, or reproducing any educational materials is strictly prohibited.

9. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to purchase or engage with services offered by Branded by Blair.

10. International Clients

Branded by Blair is based in the United States and serves clients both domestically and internationally. Clients are responsible for compliance with any local laws applicable to their location.

11. Limitation of Liability

Branded by Blair shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services, website, or digital products.

12. Changes to Terms

Branded by Blair reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
